Cooperation with insurance companies, health insurance companies, foundations:
As an independent insurance broker, Insurance One
Holding AG is free and independent in choosing the right insurer and risk
carrier for its customers. There are no financial or other dependencies on one
or more insurers, risk carriers and financial service partners. As an
independent and neutral insurance intermediary, Insurance One Holding AG works
with the main insurers licensed in Switzerland (including health insurance
companies and registered joint/collective foundations).
Compensation:
Insurance One Holding AG is compensated for its activities directly by the insurance companies and financial service partners.
By signing the broker mandate, the customer agrees
to waive the commission fee and confirms that he has been expressly informed
about the compensation by Insurance One Holding AG. Insurance One Holding AG
will disclose the amounts actually received upon request.
Reporting office for liability cases:
We carry out our orders to the best of our
knowledge and with the greatest possible care. In the event of complaints
arising in connection with negligence, errors or incorrect information in the
course of the broker's activity, Dr. Urs Lang, CEO Insurance One Holding AG.
Data protection:
The revised data protection law has been in effect since September 1, 2023.
Insurance One Holding AG guarantees that its employees treat the data entrusted to them in accordance with the principles of Swiss law on data protection.
With regard to the processing of business
transactions, we would like to point out that communication generally takes
place electronically via email (unencrypted).
