Financial Guarantee Instruments
for Private and Commercial Contracts

Insurance One Holding AG provides access to financial guarantee instruments by approaching highly capitalized speciality insurers that meet the requirement of being investment grade. Financial guarantees (credit wraps) are offered on a fully collateralized basis only. Collateral security in the form of cash, letters of credit, or highly rated debt instruments will be credited at one hundred percent (100%) of current market value. Certain financial guarantee requests may qualify for collateral terms that are less than the full penal sum of the instrument.

Due to strict adherence to underwriting rules, full collateralization of the obligations assumed, respect of our reinsurance/retrocession agreements, and ongoing principal surveillance, we are able to provide access to a significant per risk capacity of up to three digit numbers of millions.
